Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrate the capability towards administrative control of Accounts Department.
∎ Ensure daily accounting and financial activities of the Company.
∎ Prepare and finalize Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly & Annual Financial
∎ Statements with Cash Flow projections.
∎ Manage company Tax and VAT in compliance with government regulatory bodies.
∎ Maintain the general ledger, supplier party ledger, customer party ledger and payroll processing, advance, prepayment, accrual and provision adjustments on a timely basis.
∎ Maintain banking transaction and prepare bank reconciliation etc.
∎ Manage the concern persons related to bills and other reasonable purpose.
∎ Prepare timely accurate Financial Statements and documentation in relation with statutory audit of the Company.
∎ Ensure security and safe custody of all documents related to the responsibility.
∎ Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met.
∎ Communicate and report to the head office of the Company.
∎ Instruct and build capacities of subordinates.
∎ Provide leadership in developing systems and process to ensure both short and long-term strategic financial objectives and the policies for the Company.
∎ BIDA, BEZA, RJSC related Application various process documentation making processing, negotiating with related body for processing.

∎ Age 25 to 40 years
