∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA CC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Accounts, Income Tax and VAT, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts.
∎ Cutting Cost of the company by analyzing optimum manpower level in the accounts department
∎ Prepare monthly VAT returns & liaison with VAT Authority, Calculation of VAT, AIT and rights and obligations of a tax-paper, Calculation of VDS under VAT implementation rate in Bangladesh aspect of this sector.
∎ Handle and open L/C as required by the company and procurement of various product.
∎ Contact with supplier and prepare PR documentation on the basis of that.
∎ Prepare monthly branch-wise financial budget for the organization;
∎ Prepare monthly branch-wise audit report.
∎ Preparing and maintaining voucher, invoice, journal, cash book. stock register. bill register etc.
∎ Prepare Monthly cash flow, profit & loss account, balance sheet.
∎ Preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
∎ Able to prepare salary sheet properly, check all personal file with salary sheet and others in relation to salary prepare, salary disbursement arrange and follow up.
∎ Prepare general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payable and other records.
∎ Assist the accounting team in preparing balance sheet and budget reports.
∎ Assist company for having ISO Certification.

Salary: Tk. 40 - 60 (Monthly)
