Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting / Finance, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting/ Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC) will be preferable.,ITP Certification will get preference.,CA or CMA partly qualified will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and prepare all kind of vouchers and General Ledger.
∎ Properly maintain and update daily accounts related records such as collection, payment, sales and purchases to Accounting Software.
∎ Ensure bills and voucher checking, verifying and proper recording as per guideline.
∎ Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve the payment related issues.
∎ Recording and preparing daily sales report for collection and deposit to Bank within next working days.
∎ Checking payments of vendor and others.
∎ Reconciliation- dealing with banks transaction as monthly Basis.
∎ Ensure proper records of all business transaction Vouchers.
∎ Generate monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly financial statements as per management requirements.
∎ Expertise in vendor payment related VAT and TAX issues.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of Audit, Income Tax, VAT and other regulatory reporting issues.
∎ Expertise in using Tally software.
∎ Maintain and preserve proper filing systems for Banks/NBFIs and other Finance related documents and related source vouchers.
∎ Perform month end & yearly financial closing activities.
∎ Costing Analysis & interpretation of processes.
∎ Prepare financial statements.
∎ Gap Analysis, problem finding, solution, data analysis, rectification of Accounts related ERP Modules.
∎ Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounts, Finance, Finance/ Accounts, Group of Companies, Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Transport Service
∎ Able to work under pressure and stressful environment
∎ Positive professional attitude & self motivated
∎ Diligent, proactive and committed
