1. SKILLS - Computer knowledge in accounting and operating accounting Software

Novem Eco resort is a concern of Novem Limited; it started its journey on the 15th of January 2016. Novem Limited is looking for Accounts Executive Finance and Accounts for Novem Eco resort located at Sreemangal.,

• Updating Daily Accounting Transactions.

• Ensure Timely Data Entry in the Cash Book and all related files.

• Maintain Receipts and Payment Vouchers, Cash Book, Ledger and different Register Books.

• Preparations & Disbursements of Salary and Other expenses. Collection of Cheque from different party and Deposit to the Banks.

• Preparation of VAT challan (Mushak 6.3 and 6.6) Monthly and keeping Records to the necessary VAT books.

• Must be able to regularly prepare & maintain vouchers for all transactions with proper supporting and good filing system.

• Need to Monitor & Keep record of deliverables to clients.

• Prepare Monthly Bill and Submit to Clients.

• Any other jobs assigned by the Management as and when required.
