• Age 20 to 40 years

1.     Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, payments, and supplier statements.

2.     Collaborate with vendors and management for timely procurement to avoid pending.

3.     Prepare and update stock movement records and daily, weekly, or monthly inventory-import-export reports.

4.     Manage petty cash, verify purchase orders, and reconcile invoices.

5.     Supervise receiving, storing, and issuing food items, beverages, and operating supplies.

6.     Conduct regular physical stock verification (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile with accounting records.

7.     Perform daily/monthly stock counts and ensure proper labeling and stacking. Coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages.

8.     Prepare daily expense reports, monthly stock valuation reports, and assist in food cost analysis.

9.     Ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
