∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have experience in Accounts Software related work such as data posting
∎ Ensure daily accounting transactions are being properly done
∎ Maintain cash transactions and keep records
∎ Check all kinds of bills & Vouchers
∎ Prepare and post all types of Vouchers
∎ Petty Cash monitoring and disbursement
∎ Updating the books of accounts on a regular basis
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel and any cloud accounting Software
∎ Typing skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ VAT & Tax return-related work experience
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements
∎ Responsible for managing all commercial activities like issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/ correction, shipment, payment realization, payment release etc
∎ To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management
