Accounts & Audit Officer

Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, bills, invoices, and payment records accurately.

Verify daily financial transactions, customer payments, and expense statements.

Conduct regular field audits of fiber team activities to ensure work is performed according to company standards.

Inspect ONU installation, drop cable connections, and fiber line installations to ensure proper installation and quality.

Verify the accuracy of cable usage, ONU installation records, and other field-related materials.

Monitor field technician’s activities and identify irregularities, negligence, or discrepancies in reported work.

Prepare field audit reports highlighting installation errors, material discrepancies, and operational issues.

Coordinate with the Accounts, Store, and Technical Departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper accountability.

Conduct random field inspections to verify completed jobs and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Report financial irregularities, misuse of company materials, and violations of operational procedures to management.
