Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting Operations:

• Process day-to-day accounting transactions in Odoo 18 Enterprise

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Handle bank reconciliations and cash management across multiple locations

• Process vendor payments and customer receipts

• Maintain accurate financial records in Odoo system

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports

• Generate financial statements and balance sheets

• Prepare GST returns and TDS compliance reports

• Maintain inventory accounting and stock valuations

• Track location-wise profitability and performance

Odoo Management:

• Configure and maintain Odoo 18 Enterprise Accounting module

• Manage multi-company and multi-location accounting setup

• Handle journal entries, bank feeds, and payment reconciliations

• Generate custom reports and dashboards in Odoo

• Ensure data accuracy and system integrity

Compliance & Coordination:

• Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants

• Maintain proper documentation for all transactions

• Support in budgeting and financial planning activities

Required Qualifications

Education:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent

• Professional accounting certification preferred

• Should speak in English.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience

• Mandatory: At least 1-2 years hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting Module or similar ERP (preferably Odoo 18 Enterprise)

• Experience in B2B manuf.acturing or distribution industry preferred

• Multi-location business experience is an advantage

Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge of Odoo 18 Enterprise Accounting module

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for financial analysis

• Experience with cash management and bank reconciliation

• Knowledge of inventory accounting
