Gausheyz Ventures a reputed organization in Dinajpur, has been doing business with reputation for a long time. Gausheyz Ventures will be hiring hardworking, dedicated employees for the post of Accountant Trainee on an urgent basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare financial paperwork and procedures and make appropriate reports
• Preparation of financial statements, invoices, proposals, etc as required.
• Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.
• Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.
• Manage cash controls as well as maintain of book keeping up-to-date (daily basis).
• Maintenance and reconciliation of the General and related subsidiary ledgers in SAP.
• Ensure all the financial transactions recorded properly into SAP
• Bank and related transactions reconciliation as monthly basis
• Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances.
• As required to collect Cash/other required documents from Bank/NBFI
• Update financial records with recent transactions and changes.
• Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
• And any other task assigns by line manager/management
