Responsibilities & Context:
Accountant HEAT FabLab Project for School of Engineering & Physical Sciences (SEPS)
Duration: 2 years (renewable every 6 months, conditions applied)
Location: North South University, Bashundhara, Dhaka-1229
Responsibilities
Assist the Sub-Project Manager (SPM) and the Sub-Project Management Team in preparing financial documentation for procurement, training, and reporting related to the FabLab.
Review and reconcile project expenditures in compliance with PPR 2025 and NSU financial procedures.
Support submission of financial progress reports and audit preparation.
Support documentation, reporting, and submission of monthly financial progress reports.
Coordinate with the offices of NSU Finance and Accounts as well as Procurement for financial and procurement-related tasks.
Provide logistical support for training programs, seminars, and outreach activities.
Employment Terms: Contract Period: 2 years (reviewed every 6 months, and renewal based on satisfactory performance)
