∎ Experience: 1-2 years - The candidates should have a proven experience in related field (accounts & finance) with an expertise on accounting software like Tally etc.
∎ Also have a sound knowledge in Banking procedure, Vat, Tax etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
∎ Supervises the account reconciliation.
∎ Assists with the company's cash flow forecasting.
∎ Handle tax filings and payments.
∎ Communication with board of directors on decisions concerning the organization’s finances.
∎ Develops investment strategies to increase the company's working capital for the expansion of the business.
∎ Creates business plans based on the financial forecasts and the analysis of the company's status.
∎ Prepares the company's financial report and monitors accounting records.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
∎ Coordinate with external auditors for annual financial audits.
∎ Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
∎ Analyze financial data to recommend improvements and cost-saving measures.
∎ Supports the organization’s goal by ensuring that its financial position guarantees success.
∎ Responsibilities & Context
∎ Job Summary: As an Accounts and Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily accounting and finance operations of the company. This includes the preparation of financial statements, managing tax payments, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will work closely with the CR, Operations and Business Developments team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
