Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently maintain and manage accounts of the company
∎ Prepare periodic and annual Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account of the company
∎ Manage income tax and VAT of the company
∎ Prepare and submit and collect claims from the clients
∎ Maintain bills, invoices, make payments, and make posting timely in proper heads
∎ Maintain account and tax and VAT-related documents including all bills and vouchers
∎ Maintaining timely audit and reconciliation of bank accounts
∎ Make periodic and yearend financial reporting on time
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
∎ Maintain relationship with clients and ensure smooth information flow for reporting.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
