Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Financial Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, expense reports, and donation documentation.
∎ • Enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets accurately.
∎ • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Support the processing of vendor invoices, verifying accuracy and adherence to procurement policies.
∎ • Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to collect financial information and address any discrepancies.
∎ • Design digital media creatives for social media post, banners, blog image, ads, info-graphics.
∎ • Create Leaflets, Flyers, 2D Illustration, layout and Advertising materials and prepare output, check sample and Experience with colour theory.
∎ • Basic Copy-writing Skills and Content Creation and Converting briefs into creative visuals.
∎ • Have a great sense of urgency with positive attitude.
∎ • Maintain brand consistency through all the projects.
∎ • Researching, gathering knowledge and submit report about the Competitor, Audience and Industry.
∎ • Able to make short videos ongoing project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
