∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should know the name of the construction materials and sources
∎ Value Engineering for cost-saving with engineer's team
∎ Setting up projects, budgets, project costs, cost codes, contracts, change orders,
∎ purchase orders, and various construction progress reports
∎ Assisting with budgeting and forecasting for construction project
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain construction management system
∎ Monitoring daily store incoming, outgoing construction materials;
∎ Verify all the incoming materials of site store & monitoring storing challan,daily
∎ incoming, outgoing and balance material report
∎ Managing the project's financial affairs and general book keeping of project
∎ Apply required construction accounting standards and procedures to the recording
∎ and reporting of construction activities
∎ Work closely with Construction Project Manager from beginning to end of project
∎ To ensure receivables and payables are handled properly and timely accounted for
∎ construction project
∎ To ensure accuracy and timeliness of progress billings and payments with appropriate
∎ measurement for construction project
∎ Understand and maintain standard cost codes in the accounting system for project
∎ Communicate with external vendors and subcontractors via phone, email & directly
∎ Assists with preparation of monthly financial reports and account analysis for project
∎ Monitor and resolve bank issues for construction transactions.
∎ Review account/bank reconciliations for construction project implementation
∎ Effective management of a construction project budget
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good leadership, execution skills, and can-do attitude;
∎ Fluent in Bangla & English and sound computer proficiency;
∎ Able to work under pressure;
