Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain accounts-related records and documents such as Cashbook, Ledger, Cheque register, Stock register, Salary, Fixed assets register, Advance register, Bank Reconciliation etc.
∎ Assist in developing, generating, and managing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly Finance & Accounts reports.
∎ Preparing Financial Statement with IAS & IFRS.
∎ Knowledge on process costing with variance analysis, Income tax, VAT, Budget etc.
∎ Necessary books & records keeping with reconciliation.
∎ Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
∎ Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws of company policies.
∎ Responsible for day-to-day company Financial and Accounts operations.
∎ Responsible for preparing & compile all necessary documents for filing the company's VAT return & other necessary VAT formalities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of at least five years in a similar position in the full-service hotel or Corporate Company.
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ The candidate should be an expert in MS office package
∎ Having Proven analytical skill
∎ Expert in operating accounting software
∎ Work with accountability & responsibility
∎ Can-do work attitude.
