Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Cost & Management Accounting, Accounting
    • Master of Business Management (MBM) in Cost & Management Accounting
    • Bachelor of Real Estate (BRE) in Real Estate


Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Building & Construction Materials


Skills Required: ERP Software,Oddo Functional Knowledge

Responsibilities & Context:

      Administrative Tasks

  • Managing phone calls, emails, and client inquiries

  • Scheduling property viewings and meetings

  • Maintaining office files (digital + physical)

  • Preparing documents (contracts, agreements, forms)

  • Coordinating with agents, clients, and developers

  • Data entry (client info, property listings, transactions)

        Accounting Tasks

  • Recording daily income and expenses

  • Preparing invoices and receipts for clients

  • Tracking payments (rent, booking money, commissions)

  • Maintaining cash book / ledger

  • Assisting with monthly financial reports

  • Bank deposit and withdrawal tracking

  • Following up on due payments

      Software You need to know

  • Microsoft Excel (accounts, tracking)

  • Microsoft Word (documents)

  • QuickBooks or other accounting tools

  • CRM software for managing clients

    Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintaining contracts and legal documents

  • Ensuring documents are properly signed and filed

  • Keeping copies of NID/passport, ownership papers, etc.

  • Supporting audit or tax-related documentation

     Real Estate-Specific Tasks

  • Listing new properties (online/offline platforms)

  • Updating property availability and prices

  • Keeping records of buyers, sellers, and tenants

  • Assisting agents with documentation (sale deeds, agreements)

  • Coordinating with legal or registration offices

  • Handling booking forms and paperwork
