Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily accounts (cash, bank, sales, purchases)
Record all transactions accurately in accounting software or ledger
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Track customer dues and follow up for collections
Maintain credit records of customers
Monitor business expenses and control unnecessary costs
Maintain supplier payment records
Track inventory-related financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow report
Monitor stock valuation
Track purchase vs sales vs remaining inventory
Prevent stock loss or mismatch
Prepare and submit tax, vat documents
