Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts or Finance.
∎ CA(CC) will get preference.
∎ ACCA/CA will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receivable Management.
∎ Implementing debt collection policies and regulations of the company.
∎ Implementing deadlines for Invoice.
∎ Monitoring the invoicing and money collection processes.
∎ Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collections.
∎ Keeping records of invoices, deposits, and all correspondence regarding payment collection.
∎ Remaining informed of any legislative procedural training regarding debt collection.
∎ Preparing periodical reports as per the requirements of the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced will get preference.
∎ Exceptional verbal & written communication.
∎ Good accounting knowledge.
∎ Proficient in Excel.
∎ Experience in software like (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, R365) Can be added advantage.
∎ Data Entry.
∎ Journal Entries.
∎ Bank reconciliations.
