Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
∎ Preparation the monthly payroll, monthly accounting report and quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit.
∎ Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
∎ Handling and Manage the general ledger accounting functions
∎ Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships
∎ Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
∎ Preparation of the Budget and forecast to Management.
∎ Keeping the records of all original contract agreement of the service provider such as office rent, internet rent, car rental and other services or equipment and Taxes Challan.
∎ Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
∎ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
∎ Oversee facilities services, office maintenance activities (e.g electricians, equipment maintenance, renovation works).
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities ( renovations, event planning such as team building, company's dinner or lunch etc.)
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
∎ Coordinate administrative procedures, coordinates the holidays, change in office schedules, announcement, maintaining the office policies and enforcing the discipline in every employees according to Employees Code of Ethics.
∎ HR and Admin functhion including Recruitment, hiring, Disciplinary action, Suspension and termination.
∎ Verifying and authorizing leave requests for employees ensuring it is communicated to their respective team leaders or managers to ensure the operation is not hampered.
∎ Ensuring drivers assignments and monitoring the drivers overtime.
∎ Maintaining the office is secured and safe with safety tools and first aid kits for employees safety while at work.
∎ Organizing the invitation letters for guest, airport and hotel pick up and air ticket arrangement.
∎ Liase with Board of Investment, visa's, work permit of the expat employees and guests and the Office permission.
∎ Ensuring to deliver the work result in timely manner with quality of work especially for urgent issues.
∎ Continuous implementation and enforcing the company's policy and the defined Code of conducts and ethics for employees
