Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in English from a reputed University with a CGPA not less than 3.00 in both Bachelor's and Master's Programs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Content, Course Curriculum, and Instructional Materials (individually or collaboratively);
∎ Responsible for the Project database ensuring project information is up-to-date and accurate;
∎ Develop and update the project monitoring plan and monitor the indicators of the project;
∎ Recommend further improvement of the logical framework;
∎ Responsible for the data collection, compilation, and analysis;
∎ Provide support for all concerns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have own Laptop and expertise in MS Office;
∎ Should be available for Field Visit assigned by authority;
∎ Require frequent visits outside Dhaka;
∎ Experience in Qualitative and Quantitative Research and Report writing;
∎ Flexible with change, work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
∎ Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include after hours and weekend support;
∎ Present a professional demeanor and be comfortable working with people from all levels of the organization;
∎ Self-motivated; work well independently and with a team;
∎ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
∎ The academic record can be reconsidered in case of having related job experience.
