Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed public/ private university with a strong academic background.
∎ Candidates with O’ Level and A’ Level backgrounds will be given priority.
∎ The candidate must have excellent writing and public speaking skills in English.
Job Context:
∎ Haileybury is one of the world’s leading education charities and independent schools in the UK. Haileybury has partnered with the Best Services Ltd (BSL), a sister concern of Best Holdings Ltd (BHL) to open a boys’ secondary level boarding school leading to Cambridge IGCSE and A Level as “Haileybury Bhaluka”. The school is located 40 miles north of Dhaka. Haileybury Bhaluka will be fully operational from July 2022 with a capacity to accommodate 1000 pupils from Grade 6 to 12 (A Level) with on campus boarding houses. We are looking for experienced “Academic Counselor” to guide prospective parents and students with the admissions process. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant must have strategic and operational leadership skills
∎ Have to understand critical success factors in the institutional value chain.
∎ Building and leading enrollment teams by introducing a world-class premium ethos in positioning Haileybury to target markets
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Efficient in MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, preparing content for the educational posts, websites, social media promotions, etc.
∎ Strong ability to convince prospective students and parents for admission.
∎ Counseling with students over the phone, in person, and follow up accordingly.
∎ Responsible for providing information, advice, support, and processing of applications for national and international students.
∎ Follow up on student inquiries, requests, or complaints and provide information and assistance as and when required.
∎ Outstanding verbal skills, written communication, and presentation skills
