Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics
∎ Master's Degree in Science or English from any reputed Public or Private University with a CGPA not less than 3.00.
∎ Candidate with B.Ed. or M.Ed. or both / highly qualified will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and strengthen institution’s ethos, mission, and vision.
∎ Develop positive working relationships among colleagues.
∎ Assist overall annual academic planning of the institution.
∎ Prepare Academic Calendar and Syllabus for the students.
∎ Supervise the performance and progress of faculty members.
∎ Monitor classes regularly.
∎ Maintain excellent communication with the guardians.
∎ Assist all class teachers, subject teachers, and Admin staff for ensuring smooth academic operation.
∎ Prepare prep, self-study, academic routine, and proxy routine if necessary.
∎ Planning need-based programs for the students, especially for weak learners.
∎ Conduct teachers’ training and monitor the practical implementation of different training modules.
∎ Prepare and handle the admission process.
∎ Prepare and moderate questions as well as assist in conducting examinations.
∎ Must be able to prepare digital content along with detailed lesson plans.
∎ Motivate students through positive feedback and verbal appreciation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Time management and organizational skills (ability to prioritize tasks).
∎ Ability to accept multi-dimensional tasks.
∎ Analytical skill.
∎ High organizational ability.
∎ Must be proficient in driving technical tools like MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
∎ The applicant should have experience in the area(s): Academic Administration, Education & Training, Monitoring, and Evaluation.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable in case of experienced teacher.
