Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) is mandatory.    
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm.) from a recognized university

• At least 2 years

Experience     

•  At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).

Preference      

• Must have a registration from Bangladesh Pharmacy Council (BPC).

Additional

• Experience in retail pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs, their uses, side effects, and proper usage.
•  Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
• High attention to detail and commitment to ensuring patient safety.      
• Strong organizational and time management skills.    
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Pharmacy Operations & Medication Management:

• Accurately dispense medications and ensure that prescriptions are properly filled in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain a well-organized pharmacy (website decoration) and ensure that all medication storage is in categorized with regulatory standards.
• Manage the inventory of medicines and ensure that stock is properly rotated and all medications are within their expiry dates.
• Supervise the preparation and compounding of medications, as required.

Customer Service & Patient Care:

• Provide advice and recommendations to website/app decoration regarding the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and pharmaceutical products.
• Offer health and wellness consultations and providing a high level of personalized service.
• Ensure that customers from website are aware of potential drug interactions, allergies, and contraindications.
• Promote patient adherence to prescribed therapy and educate patients about their treatment plans with contents.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that pharmacy operations comply with all national regulations and safety standards set by Bangladesh’s health authorities.
• Regularly update records for medication dispensing and maintain accurate patient records as required by law.
• Participate in regular inventory checks, audits, and stock assessments to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.
