Job Summary:

• We are seeking a talented and highly motivated 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for transforming architectural concepts and 2D drawings into compelling, photorealistic 3D renderings and animations. This role requires a strong blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and an acute understanding of architectural design principles to effectively communicate our firm's design intent to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling: Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural designs (interiors, landscapes, urban environments) based on 2D drawings, sketches, and design briefs. Ensure models are optimized for efficient rendering and post-production. Build and maintain a library of 3D assets (furniture, fixtures, entourage, vegetation, etc.).
• Rendering and Visualization: Produce high-quality, photorealistic still images (renderings) and animations (walkthroughs/flythroughs) that effectively convey design concepts and aesthetics. Apply realistic materials, textures, and lighting to enhance the visual appeal and accuracy of renders. Develop compelling compositions and camera angles to best showcase designs. Conduct sun studies and create photomontages as required for planning and presentation.
• Post-Production: Enhance rendered images through post-production techniques using graphic editing software (e.g., Photoshop) to achieve desired moods, atmosphere, and visual impact. Incorporate people, landscaping, and environmental elements to create lively and realistic scenes.
• Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other project team members to understand design intent and translate it into visual representations.Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients efficiently and effectively.Participate in design reviews and client presentations, clearly communicating visual concepts.
• Innovation and Quality: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and software advancements in 3D visualization, rendering, and architectural design. Continuously seek to improve rendering quality, efficiency, and workflow. Maintain high standards of accuracy, detail, and aesthetic quality in all visual outputs.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines. Maintain organized project files and assets.
