∎ As a Denim 3D Specialist, you will brainstorm and collaborate with colleagues from global 3D Design teams.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for the experienced 3D Specialist- Denim with strong knowledge and practical experience of working with wide range of 3D projects, such as high-quality 3D garment creation and 3D texturing by using different 3D software.
∎ More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
∎ Follow a direction and development of overall denim related 3D tasks
∎ Support our BESTSELLER Bangladesh suppliers and merchandising teams in relations to 3D design, 3D
∎ Understanding of Denim construction
∎ collection development, presentations and training if required
∎ Assist smooth 3D implementation track and bring new ideas and input how we could use our existing tools
∎ Ensure the fabrics, trimmings, 3D style are appropriate and relevant in terms of 3D capsule
∎ development and build high quality 3D sketches
∎ Execute projects in timely manner according to agreed deadlines
∎ Occasional travel for business and 3D related trips such as seminars, fairs, trade shows and fashion shows
∎ Success criteria:
∎ Ensure office will run smoothly and effectively.
∎ Work performance is recognized by upper management.
∎ Positive feedback from collaborated teams.
∎ Acting as a good team player, Positive mindset with Learning attitude with colleagues and to follow ,implement , practices of BESTSELLER's founding principles
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience within the Garment industry (Brand or manufacturer/ Liaison office) fashion company
∎ Hand on experience in denim, washes and/or knits structure, sounds Knowledge in 3D software (preferably CLO3D and knowledge on wash technique is a plus
∎ • Willing to learn new 3D skills and highly structured with a good eye for aesthetics
∎ Fluent in English, both written and spoken
∎ Have Proactiveness and positive Attitude
∎ Candidates must also be able to work as part of a team, open-minded, energetic individuals who can contribute to a passionate team.
∎ Strong communication and people skills
∎ Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
∎ Problem-solving skills
