Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create accurate and visually appealing 3D models of furniture from photos or sketches.
∎ Apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials to generate photorealistic renders.
∎ Deliver high-resolution visualizations for use on websites, social media, and promotional materials.
∎ Collaborate with the internal team to maintain brand look and feel in renders.
∎ Optimize files for web and digital use if required.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year of professional experience in 3D modeling/rendering (freelance or agency).
∎ Must have a portfolio showcasing previous work with furniture or product visualizations.
∎ Required Skills:
∎ Proficiency in tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or Rhino.
∎ Rendering software experience with V-Ray, KeyShot, Corona, or Lumion.
∎ Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and proportions.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
∎ Good communication and file-sharing skills.
