Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects on-site.
∎ Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from architectural and interior drawings.
∎ Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and site workers.
∎ Monitor project timelines, budget, material usage, and work quality.
∎ Ensure accurate implementation of design intent, furniture installation, and finishing work.
∎ Prepare progress reports, track variations, and report challenges proactively.
∎ Ensure site safety, discipline, and timely project delivery.
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ Educational background is flexible.
∎ Engineering or architecture-related qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in interior fit-out or construction project management.
∎ Proven ability to prepare and manage BOQs from drawings.
∎ Skills & Competencies:
∎ Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and interior detailing.
∎ Ability to interpret technical drawings and convert them into BOQs.
∎ Skilled in vendor coordination, contractor supervision, and site reporting.
∎ Familiar with tools like MS Excel, AutoCAD (reading), and project tracking methods.
∎ Willingness to relocate and stay at project locations across Bangladesh.

∎ This is a full-time position requiring candidates to be stationed at active project sites as needed. The ideal candidate must have hands-on project management experience and the ability to prepare BOQs from drawings.
