- Skills: Must be proficient in 3D modelling software’s and render engines (SKETCHUP & ENSCAPE) are must.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Attending client meetings, developing project concepts, understanding project requirements.
- Designing interior layouts and instructing visualizers to create models accordingly
- Creating detailed BOQ of the approved design
- Developing working layout and working drawings for the production team
- Leading the design team overall, to meet deadlines, design requirements and client demands so that the designed projects get approved and finalized, and consequentially.
Working Hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM, (Saturday to Thursday)Location: House 25, Road 3/E, Sector 09, Uttara, Dhaka.
