Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
∎ Diploma in 3D Max and 3D Maya on 3d Character modeling
∎ Educational background may be relaxed based on experience and portfolio
∎ Skills Required: 3D Artist
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, 3D Artist, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Maya
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create appealing characters/creatures for games or animation movies, working with the Lead Artist, Concepts artist, Designers, game performance.
∎ Ability to unwrap uvw map.
∎ Work closely with Creative Director and Designers to ensure character models meet the requirements of the game play experience.
∎ Mentor other Character Modeler's on the team in terms of model appeal, best topology practices, etc.
∎ Portfolio should show quality, taste, and the ability to hit a photorealistic/ believable look.
∎ Excellent sculpting skills in Zbrush/ Mudbox.
∎ Knowledge of the human anatomy, physiological reactions, body language and proportions in character concepts in order to express character emotions through movement.
∎ Excellent work ethic, self-motivation, and able to easily take constructive feedback
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency with industry software tools & pipelines (3ds max/ Maya, Zbrush/ Mudbox, Photoshop, etc.)
∎ Self-driven, excellent verbal and written communication, Team player.
∎ Strong organizational and file management skills
∎ Strong grasp of form, scale, proportion.
∎ Preferred:
∎ A BFA, MFA, art degree, or equivalent degree related to CGI Industry
∎ Concept art and 2D skills
