Responsibilities & Context
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets.
Develop new dealers, distributors, and customer networks.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.
Monitor market activities, competitor pricing, and sales opportunities.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the regional sales team.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding dealer payments.
Monitor overdue accounts and ensure compliance with credit limits.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and regular performance reports.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with management, accounts, and supply chain departments.
Report to General Manager Sales
