·         Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper accounting procedures across all retail outlets.

·         Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including ledger entries, journal postings, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.

·         Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

·         Reconcile physical stock with accounting records

·         Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

·         Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries

·         Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records

·         Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks

·         Support the month-end and year-end close processes

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

·         Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing organization (Retail business experience preferred).

·         Strong working knowledge in dealer/distributor accounting, incentive adjustments, credit management, and receivables control.

·         Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally Prime).

·         Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure to meet deadlines.
