As part of our business expansion, we are looking for experienced, dynamic and target-oriented professionals for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive-Sales & Marketing (Hotel & Resort Share Sales).
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Hotel & Resort investment shares to prospective investors.
Generate new leads and develop a strong investor network.
Identify potential clients, investors and business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
Explain investment opportunities, ownership benefits, payment plans and project features to prospective investors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain proper client databases.
Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication throughout the sales process.
