Responsibilities & Context
Conduct business analysis, identify requirements, and propose effective business solutions.
Prepare BRD, SRS, project reports, and other business documentation.
Analyze business data and prepare reports and presentations.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper implementation of business requirements.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Generate leads and acquire new corporate clients for ISP services.
Promote and sell ISP services, including Dedicated Internet and Broadband Connectivity.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations for clients.
Maintain client relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with NOC and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
