Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters Degree preferably in Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Promotion and Development, Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Corporate Sales and Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new sales in the various groups, offices in different places of Bangladesh.
∎ Creating new customers.
∎ By visiting the areas which are assigned by Head of the Department /Superior.
∎ Achieve monthly targets.
∎ Capacity to assess the customer needs, what he/she actually wants and start the negotiation process accordingly and finalize the deal under consultation with Superior.
∎ Prepare and maintain customer/clients list and contact with clients and find out the new prospects for the company.
∎ Make route chart for every day on the previous day and get the same approved by superior.
∎ Work under pressure & as a team leader.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8 years' practical experience in sales and marketing.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Computer
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure
∎ Supervise the marketing & sales team activities
