∎ No Third Class is allowed in Academic Career.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Data Entry, ERP Softwear, Key Account Management, Lc and Bank related functions
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)

∎ Urgent Searching for Sr.Officer (Accounts)
∎ Gazi Tyres invites applications to fill up the following vacancies in their respective units:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ LC related accounts works.
∎ Monitoring & Recording all transaction like Collection Voucher, payment voucher, journal voucher, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
∎ Ensure timely collection, Payment and fund transfer posting in ERP Software.
∎ Reconcile bank accounts with the accounts receivable ledger.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in ERP software.
∎ Dealing with Bank and other financial institute for cheque encashment, cheque cash deposit, pay order, utility bill payment etc.
∎ Capable of maintaining Customer & Supplier payment and adjustment.
∎ Ensuring that Tax and VAT are deducted properly and deposited into Govt. treasury on time.
∎ Preparation of Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly Sales & Collection Report.
∎ Provide necessary information to the Management as needed.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Should have the ability to operate ERP software and Office Application.
∎ Should have experience in the following areas: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
