Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide hands-on welding training to students, focusing on various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, ARC).
∎ Develop lesson plans and instructional materials using the Competency-Based Training & Assessment (CBT&A) methodology.
∎ Deliver training according to NTVQF (National Technical and Vocational Qualifications Framework) Level 2/3 standards.
∎ Demonstrate the proper use of welding tools and equipment, ensuring safety compliance.
∎ Evaluate student progress through practical assessments and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Maintain equipment and ensure tools are in safe working condition.
∎ Stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
∎ Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
