Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts or relevant diploma in web designing and development.
∎ However, educational qualification can be relaxed if the candidate has an excellent portfolio of His/her previous development works.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Graphic Design, Web Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having creative vision, user experience, visual communication, and quality design concepts.
∎ Graphic Design using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and other components of Adobe Creative suite.
∎ Designing layout for the new websites and landing pages.
∎ Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for brochures, web pages, company logos, mobile apps, web banners, ads and any other web related designs.
∎ Creating intuitive interfaces and interaction layers using best practices, the latest web trends and all available tools to augment the user experience.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form, lighting and composition.
∎ An understanding of web technologies and grasp of the tools is expected of all designers.
∎ Work closely with team to execute on the creative strategy for projects by creating viable design schemes for interactive experiences.
∎ Conducting research on current presentation and design trend, learning new concepts and tools, and keeping updated.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have an eye for fine details and a passion to work with graphics.
∎ Strong familiarity with graphic designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
∎ Ability to conduct research online to improve skills and implement state of the art features in to the designs.
∎ Willingness to learn new technologies and think out of the box to come up with creative ideas.
∎ Self-motivated and open to accept ideas from team members.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skill, good work ethics.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and achieve specified results
∎ Ability to work independently and as a team under minimum supervision
