Responsibilities & Context:
Job Title: Executive – Software Solutions
Job Location: Dhaka (travel outside Dhaka may be required)
Job Context
Provide on-site software support to customers, assist with day-to-day software operations, and support bill collection and software sales activities.
Job Responsibilities
* Visit customer premises to provide software support and resolve basic technical issues.
* Assist customers in using ERP, accounting, inventory, POS, and other business software.
* Install and configure software and provide user training as required.
* Collect monthly and annual software fees and follow up on outstanding payments.
* Assist customers with daily software operations and coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
* Support software sales activities and maintain accurate records of customer visits and payment collections.
Educational Requirements
* Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from a recognized institution.
* A bachelor’s degree is not required for this position.
Experience Requirements
* Freshers are encouraged to apply.
* Experience in software support or customer service will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Willingness to travel within and outside Dhaka for customer visits.
