• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

• Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Guest Service: Warmly greeting guests, seating them, and presenting menus.

• Order Management: Accurately taking food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system.

• Product Knowledge: Possessing a thorough understanding of all menu items, specials, and drink selections to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations.

• Service Execution: Delivering food and beverages efficiently, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction, and promptly clearing tables.

• Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with kitchen staff and other service team members to ensure smooth operation flow.

• Cleanliness: Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, service stations, and ensuring tables are properly set.
