• Previous experience as a waiter/server in a restaurant preferred.

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Basic math skills for handling payments.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• A positive attitude, professional appearance, and teamwork spirit.

We are looking for smart, polite, and service-oriented waiter/Waitress for our Project Hilsa. The ideal candidates must have a strong understanding of hospitality service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience in an elegant dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guest with a positive attitude.
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction during their meal.
• Handle guest complaints or requests with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables, chairs, and service areas.
• Set up dining areas before service and reset tables after guest leave.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
