• Hygiene commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene.

Project Hilsa is seeking a skills and enthusiastic Barista to join our team and manage our internal café area. If you have a passion for coffee excellent customer’s service skills, and meet the requirements below, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, focusing on quality and consistency.
• Operate and maintain all coffee-making equipments (e.g., espresso machines, grinders) efficiently.
• Manage the cleanliness and tidiness of the entire café and serving area.
• Ensure strict adherence to all food hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, and other café supplies.
• Interact with employees and guests in well-behaved, smart, and professional manner.
