Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests warmly and guide them to their reserved or available tables. Order Handling: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist guests with their food and beverage selection, and take orders accurately. Prompt Delivery: Ensure food and drinks are served to the guests quickly and efficiently from the kitchen. Table Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting up and clearing tables. Customer Satisfaction: Handle any guest concerns or complaints politely, striving for immediate resolution or escalating issues to the floor manager when necessary. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff and other colleagues to ensure a smooth and high-quality dining experience. Compliance: Follow all established food safety and hygiene procedures.
