Capable of delivering lessons in both Bangla and basic English / Arabic.

To strengthen our Takamul (PACC) Training Program for overseas workers (especially for GCC countries), we are looking for skilled and committed Vocational Instructors / Overseas Workers Trainers who will conduct trade and soft-skill training to ensure workers are globally competent and ready for deployment.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct Takamul (PACC) skill training programs following approved international standards.
Provide hands-on practical and theoretical training in specific trades such as:
Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, Carpentry, Driving, Mechanics, Caregiving, Housekeeping, etc.
Ensure all trainees acquire the necessary skills to pass PACC and GCC competency assessments.
Prepare lesson plans, training modules, and evaluation materials in coordination with the training manager.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, trainee performance, and assessment outcomes.
Conduct pre-departure orientation sessions on work ethics, health & safety, and cultural awareness.
Coordinate with Takamul / PACC officials and JSK management for smooth program operation.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all training and assessment protocols.
Motivate and guide trainees to maintain discipline and achieve their skill certification.
Assist in continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.
