• Candidates certified by BTEB / NSDC will get preference.

• Experience with Takamul (PACC) Training or GCC-recognized training centers will be highly valued.

• Only Male

• Strong presentation, mentoring, and communication skills.

• Capable of delivering lessons in both Bangla and basic English / Arabic.

• Sound technical knowledge of assigned trade areas.

To strengthen our Takamul (PACC) Training Program for overseas workers (especially for GCC countries), we are looking for skilled and committed Vocational Instructors / Overseas Workers Trainers who will conduct trade and soft-skill training to ensure workers are globally competent and ready for deployment.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Takamul (PACC) skill training programs following approved international standards.

• Provide hands-on practical and theoretical training in specific trades such as:

• Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, Carpentry, Driving, Mechanics, Caregiving, Housekeeping, etc.

• Ensure all trainees acquire the necessary skills to pass PACC and GCC competency assessments.

• Prepare lesson plans, training modules, and evaluation materials in coordination with the training manager.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, trainee performance, and assessment outcomes.

• Conduct pre-departure orientation sessions on work ethics, health & safety, and cultural awareness.

• Coordinate with Takamul / PACC officials and JSK management for smooth program operation.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all training and assessment protocols.

• Motivate and guide trainees to maintain discipline and achieve their skill certification.

• Assist in continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.

• As per company policy.
