- Diploma (Vocational) in Communication Engineering
- Certified Trainer (TOT) from NSDA, BMET, or TTTI will be given special preference.
- BTEB-registered trainer or TVET teaching experience is highly desirable.

- Computer literacy for reporting, documentation, and presentations
- Understanding of trade test processes and pre-departure briefings

Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: JSK Group of Company is seeking experienced Vocational Instructors / Overseas Workers Trainers to train Bangladeshi workers for international employment opportunities. The training will be aligned with NSDA, BMET, and Takamol (Saudi Arabia) standards to ensure that workers are job-ready and meet employer requirements in the Middle East (Gulf region), Southeast Asia, Europe, and beyond.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on, trade-based training (Cleaner, Load Unload Worker, Electrical, Garments, Welding, Computer, etc.).
- Design lesson plans and practical modules in accordance with NSDA/BMET curricula and Takamol/employer-specific job standards.
- Emphasize key skills required by overseas employers: technical expertise, workplace safety, hygiene, discipline, and cultural adaptation.
- Prepare workers for trade tests, pre-departure orientation, and interviews with international employers (including Saudi Takamol assessments).
- Conduct regular evaluations to monitor trainee progress and readiness.
- Maintain records of trainee attendance, assessment scores, and certification status.
- Support employer delegation visits and coordinate trade testing events.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of training equipment and materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams on documentation, migration, and placement support.
- Participate in institutional trainer development programs and workshops.
