Educational Requirements

a) PhD/ equivalent degree along with at least two first classes/ divisions/ CGPA 3.25 are required and minimum CGPA 3.25 at both Honours and Master's in Law are required. or 

b) MPhil/ equivalent, at least two first classes/ divisions and minimum CGPA 3.25 at both Honours and Master's in Law are required. or 

c) 4-year Honours with Master's Degree in Law/ 3-year Honours with Master's Degree in Law. Minimum first divisions/classes or minimum GPA 4.5 at both SSC and HSC levels and minimum CGPA 3.25 at both Honours and Master's are required.

Experiences and research publications:

a) A total of 12 years' experiences at a university/ equivalent organization out of which 5 years' experiences as Associate Professor are required. At least 15 research publications are required out of which 7 publications must be published as Associate Professor. or 

b) A total of 18 years' experiences at the university level are required. 6 years' experiences as Associate Professor are required. At least 15 research publications are required of which 7 publications must be published as Associate Professor. or 

c) A total of 20 years' experiences at the university level are required; out of which 7 years' experiences as Associate Professor are required. At least 15 publications are required of which 7 publications must be published as Associate Professor.
