∎ To create original, inspiring and impactful visualisation of famously effective ideas and copy addressing the brief and exceeding client expectations
∎ To transform client approved idea/s into an effective campaign execution by briefing and managing the delivery of quality content from internal and external resources
∎ To collaborate closely with Account teams and Planning securing business and establishing an overall credible client relationship
∎ To consistently generate rich, varied and creative ideas that are famously effective and award winning
∎ Designing & managing social media marketing strategy for clients; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram with static and dynamic design.
∎ Brainstorming or translating ideas and ensuring group organization`s visual requirements are consistent with the overall brand guidelines
∎ Overseeing several design projects from start to finish, keeping to short turn-around deadlines
∎ Developing creative ideas, pitching and executing concepts for digital and off-line promotion activations.
∎ Possesses honed visual communication and commercial art instincts and the ability to create polished, eye-catching executions using images, videos and other details

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Takes ownership of creative, artistic and cultural trends and uses them in a manner relevant to the brief, the brand and its users. Generates original, fresh and innovative ideas in partnership with a Copywriter to develop and execute creative ideas that meet the client brief and exceeds expectations
∎ Develops and executes ideas across communication channels, formats and multiple touch points ensuring visual consistency, quality, freshness and alignment.
∎ Works jointly with Copywriter to ensure correct briefing of production companies, directors and other partners to ensure high quality outcomes. Produces art work and takes responsibility with Copywriter for the quality of finished work for film and print.
∎ Understands and Interprets briefs into ideas and produces illustrations/ artworks as per creative briefs to produce high creative output.
∎ Effectively completes own projects in coordination with team members from creative and other departments working within budget and scheduling requirements
∎ Participation and collaboration with Account teams on new business pitches and strengthening client relationships by attending client meetings as required with a view to increase sales and brand building
∎ Ensures all agency processes are maintained and adhered to in a timely manner e.g. timesheets

∎ Portfolio of multi-channel integrated communications across film, print and emerging media
∎ Strong evidence of cohesive and inspirational solutions for clients
∎ Demonstrated evidence of working on several client campaigns at once and operating to strict time scales
∎ Portfolio of creative work demonstrating ability to work well with creative peers and collaborate effectively
∎ Actively pursues creative interests and follows business opportunities outside employment to develop further interests and abilities
