Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design Development & Video Editing:
∎ Create visually appealing designs for digital media, including website graphics, social media visuals, and digital advertisements, email newsletters, OOH and POSM materials.
∎ Collaborate with the creative team & superiors to develop design concepts, storyboards, and mockups that align with project objectives and target audience, to meet the deadline.
∎ Edit raw video footage into high-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, visual coherence, and appropriate pacing.
∎ Enhance videos with motion graphics, animations, visual effects, and sound design to create compelling and engaging content that aligns with Ace Group's brand guidelines.
∎ Incorporate voiceovers, music, and sound effects to enhance the storytelling and overall impact of the videos.
∎ Ensure that the videos meet technical specifications for different platforms and devices.
∎ Utilize industry-standard design tools.
∎ Branding and Identity:
∎ Maintain and evolve Ace Group's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual representation across all design and video assets.
∎ Develop visual assets that reflect and enhance Ace Group's brand identity, including logos, typography, color schemes, and graphic elements.
∎ Apply branding guidelines to video content, ensuring consistent visuals, typography, and color usage that align with Ace Group's brand image.
∎ Collaboration, Communication & Innovation:
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and content creators, to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs and videos.
∎ Present design and video concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary to ensure alignment with Ace Group's vision and goals.
∎ Collaborate with writers and content creators to ensure visual and textual elements complement each other effectively and reinforce Ace Group's messaging.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends, video editing techniques, and software tools, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to enhance Ace Group's visual designs and video content.
∎ Explore new technologies, tools, and creative approaches to continuously improve the quality and impact of Ace Group's visual assets.
∎ Participate in design and video critiques, brainstorming sessions, and team discussions to foster innovation and maintain Ace Group's position as a leader in the industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ BA (Hons) In Graphic Design & Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience as a Visual Designer and Video Editor or in similar roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video projects.
∎ Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
∎ Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
∎ Strong video editing skills, including the ability to edit, synchronize, and enhance video and audio elements.
∎ Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, and animation techniques.
∎ Must have good photographic knowledge.
