Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate visit, and study visa applications for eligibility and compliance with immigration and educational institution requirements.
∎ Verify the authenticity of applicant documents, including passports, educational transcripts, financial statements, and invitation letters.
∎ Assess applicants' qualifications, financial stability, and genuine intent to study or travel in the designated country.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to immigration regulations and policies specific to visit, and study visas.
∎ Handle the complete application process, including data entry, document scanning, and submission to immigration authorities.
∎ Offer exceptional customer service to applicants, ensuring a positive experience during the visa application process.
∎ Strive to process visa applications within reasonable timeframes.
∎ Stay informed about international education trends and academic institutions to assist applicants in making informed choices.
∎ Maintain accurate and confidential records of visa applications, and related documents.
∎ Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, and international relations.
∎ Providing comprehensive assistance in the immigration and visit visa processing file, including thorough counseling. Confidently communicating accurate information to potential clients and delivering end-to-end support for documentation and visa processing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Seeking candidates with extensive experience in various visa file processing, particularly for USA, Canada, UK tourist, study, and medical visas.
