Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare necessary documents as per country & visa category.
∎ Process & submit visa application through online & offline.
∎ Arrange appointment schedule from embassy or VFS as per requirements.
∎ Keep up to date necessary information.
∎ Maintain office schedule as per office rules & policy.
∎ Regularly Conversation with customer.
∎ Other assigned work from the company.
∎ Maintain Official paperwork.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Consulting Firms, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Manpower Recruitment, Travel Agent.
∎ The candidate must be proficient in visa processing and have a detailed understanding of the full official paper work, using email or Whatsapp, etc.
∎ Computer skills mandatory Office Program.
∎ Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Should have a positive approach, good manners, and responsible behavior.
∎ Knowledge about MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Internet is compulsory.
