Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements and all Embassy Formalities.
∎ Must have strong knowledge about Visa processing in several countries of the world, especially Canada, Australia, UK., USA, Schengen etc.
∎ Receiving and answering short mail and calls quickly and efficiently Provide basic and accurate information to the respective person via phone/email.
∎
∎ Reporting to assigned department.
∎
∎ Strong phone and verbal communication listening skill.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎
∎ Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
∎ Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
∎ Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
∎ Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
∎ Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
∎ Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
∎ Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
∎ Self-Motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years

∎ Tourist visa processing, Travel Agency, Travel management, Visa Processing
∎ Previous experience in a customer support role.
∎ Good in speaking & writing both in English, Bengali.
